Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be processed within the same working day.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We deliver everywhere in the UK, however if you are not in the UK please contact us to ensure whether or not we would be able to deliver to you.

All Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 to 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jbeliteservices.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

However we will not be liable for any delays in shipping orders.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Returns shipping is to be paid for by the buyer if an item is signed for as being delivered in good condition.
